Ever since I started doing research I made sure that my work was performed following the most stringent quality standards. When I moved to the bitoech industry, it was no surprise that I became a natural QA professional. Now I have over 2 and a half years of QA experience in the biotechnology industry, with dozens of successful audits under my belt. I have experience with the following regulations: GLP, GMP, AABB, ISO 9001:17025, NYS DOH, and Texas DPS. I have also written hundreds of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and multiple qualification documents (IQ/OQ/PQ).

After I finished my Ph.D. in Genetics I came to the conclusion that my scientific education had progressed as far as I could push it academically. As my career required more business knowledge, I pursued an M.B.A. in general business, which I finished in 2006. Now learning about business is one of my lifetime pursuits.

Between 2005 and 2006 I put together a new business for the company I was working for then. As a result of this experience I decided to go into business by myself. My first company, Mouse Genotype, was created in 2006. Now I can't help but spend time identifying new business opportunities and pursuing related ventures, including the founding of QA Assist in 2008 and Rat Genotype in 2010.

Raising money for important causes is something that I have always been involved in. As my career continues to flourish, I try to at least partially show my gratitude by giving back to those that are not as lucky.
